The Sync button on a table
Most syncing should happen on its own — on a schedule, or when a workflow fires. But sometimes you have just fixed three invoices and you want them to go now.

01 · Why
Why do we have this?
Most syncing should happen on its own — on a schedule, or when a workflow fires. But sometimes you have just fixed three invoices and you want them to go now.
02 · How
Sync from the table
- Open the table.
- To bring everything in, press
Sync. - To choose, press the arrow next to it and pick
Pull allorPush selected. - For
Push selected, tick the records you want first.
03 · Expected result
The button runs and the table's INTEGRATION column updates for the records involved — see What a record's sync state means. What happened is recorded on the table's Integration Logs tab.
04 · Notes
A greyed-out Sync button tells you why
Hover it. On a table with nothing set up it says:
No ERP workflow targets this module yet
That is the fix, too — the button becomes available once a workflow with a Pull or Push step points at this table.
The button follows workflows, not sync configurations
It is switched on by an ERP step in a workflow. A sync configuration on the Integrations page does not enable it — see Two ways to bring records in.
An inactive workflow still leaves the button working
Every Pull workflow in our test workspace was switched off, and Sync was still available. Turning a workflow off stops it running by itself; it does not take away manual sync.
