Your profile
Your own details, separate from your company’s. Your name is what colleagues see on approvals and comments — your email is the one thing you cannot change yourself.
Your password and sign-in
Settings → Security holds everything about how you get into Merchaint: your password, your linked Google account, and the devices you are signed in on.

The bottom of Settings → Security lists every device and browser your account is signed in on, and lets you sign any of them out.
Your team
Invite your team
Add a colleague to your organization by emailing them an invitation. Inviting them and giving them something to look at are two different jobs.
Roles and permissions
Everyone in your organization has one role, and it decides what they can do. There are four, and you can grant three of them.
Departments and functional roles
Two more things you can put on a person: a Department and a Functional Role. Both are labels for organising your team. Neither changes what anybody can do.
Who can see which workspace
Being in the organization does not give somebody access to your data. Workspaces are granted one at a time — which is why a new colleague often sees nothing.

Your company’s own information — name, website, legal details and addresses. Each card on the page saves separately, which catches people out.
Billing and your plan
Merchaint is sold in batches of 500 pages. You choose how many batches you want per billing period — and pages are not documents.
