Common problems
A document never arrived
Somebody sent a document to Merchaint and it is not in the Inbox. This page is the order to check things in.
A document failed to process
Merchaint received the document but could not read it. Those go to Documents → Exceptions, with a reason.
A record is stuck in review
A record is waiting for a person and nobody has noticed. This is usually about where the request went, not about the record.
You can’t sign in
The short list of things that stop a sign-in, in the order worth trying — starting with the address the account was actually made with.
Still stuck
