Checking integration health

In this article

Six figures across the top, and the full history below them. Two of the figures are worth more than the rest.

  • A walkthrough video, then what each of the six figures counts
  • Which of the four "last synced" surfaces you can trust
  • Why a terrible success rate does not mean a broken integration
  • Why "Next Sync: Manual only" is a fixable state, not an error

01 · Video

Feature walkthrough

Video · reading the Sync Status page · 2:30

02 · Why

Why do we have this?

It is the one screen that answers "is this working?" with numbers rather than a badge.

03 · How

Read the page

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Press Sync Status on the connection.
  3. Read the six figures across the top, then the history below.
  4. Press Force Sync to run everything now, or Export CSV to take the history away.

04 · Expected result

FigureWhat it counts
Last SyncWhen anything last ran on this connection.
Next SyncWhen the schedule will run again, or Manual only.
Total SyncsEvery run ever, in both directions.
Records SyncedRecords processed across all of them.
ErrorsRecords that failed.
Success RateRuns that finished completely, as a share of all runs.

05 · Troubleshooting

Success Rate looks terrible but everything works

It counts only runs marked Completed. Anything marked Partial counts against you, even a run whose own row says nothing failed. A workspace with a lot of Partial pushes can read at 8% and still be doing its job — check what the Partial rows actually say before worrying.

The health line says "Syncing normally" but the numbers are bad

They do not appear to be connected. We saw "Syncing normally" beside a success rate of 8% and 13 errors. Read the numbers, not the sentence.

Next Sync says Manual only

No configuration on this connection has ever been run by hand. See Run a sync and what happens next.

06 · Notes

Force Sync runs every configuration on the connection

The same as Sync All.

Export CSV takes the history away

For a spreadsheet, useful at month end.

07 · FAQ

Common questions

Does this cover both directions?

Yes — each run in the history shows Inbound or Outbound.

Where do I see one record instead?

The INTEGRATION column on the table. See What a record's sync state means.

Is there an alert when a sync fails?

Not on this page. Check it periodically, or put a notification step in the workflow that does the pushing.
