The record grid
A module can hold thousands of rows and thirty columns. Showing all of it would be useless, so the grid shows a sensible subset and gives you controls to change it.

02 · Why
Why do we have this?
Everything else is one record at a time. The grid is how you work with all of them — find the ones that need you, check a batch, spot what's missing.
Why is it set up this way?
A module can hold thousands of rows and thirty columns. Showing all of it would be useless, so the grid shows a sensible subset and gives you controls to change it. What you choose is yours to save as a view.
03 · Use cases
Filter to what needs attention, work through it, come back tomorrow.
Search. It matches across fields, so a supplier name finds an invoice.
Filter or search?
| Use | When |
|---|---|
| Search | You know something about the record — a number, a name |
| Filter | You want a group — everything unmatched, everything this month |
| Views | You want that same group again tomorrow |
04 · How
Work the grid
- Open a module from the sidebar.

The toolbar

05 · Expected result
You see the records you care about, with the columns you care about, and can open any of them in one click.
06 · Troubleshooting / notes
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| A column you added isn't there | Turn it on under Columns. |
Sync is greyed out | No ERP workflow points at this module yet. |
| A STATUS column appeared on its own | At least one record is closed or archived. It shows only when needed. |
| Fewer records than you expected | A filter or a search is still on. Clear the box and check Filter. |
