03 · How
Export a module
- Filter the module to what you want first. Export follows what's on screen. See Search, filters and saved views.
- Press
Export. - Pick a format — CSV or Excel.
- Pick a scope — the current page, or all records.
- Choose your fields. Everything is ticked;
Deselect Allgives you a blank slate. - Press the export button. It tells you how many records it's sending.
04 · Expected result
A file downloads with the fields you chose, in the order they appear in the module.

|---|---|
| Fewer records than the module holds | A filter is still on. That's usually what you want. |
