02 · Why

Why do we have this?

Not everything comes as a PDF. Opening balances, a supplier somebody phoned in, a correction after a conversation — all of it has to be typeable.

03 · How

Add one

  1. Press Add Record at the top of the module.
  2. Fill in the fields. Anything with a red asterisk is required.
  3. Press Create Record.

The form matches the types: dates get a calendar, money gets a box with a currency symbol, Select fields get a list. See Columns and data types.

Edit one

Open the record and click the value you want to change. It becomes editable in place. Click away to keep it.

04 · Expected result

The record appears in the grid straight away. Edits save as you make them — there's no save button on the record page.
