Why batches?
Reading documents costs real money, and page counts are what that cost tracks. Buying in batches means you decide your ceiling up front rather than getting a surprise.
03 · How
Set up billing
- Go to Settings → Billing, or use Billing in your account menu.
- Choose Batches per cycle. Each batch is 500 pages.
- Choose your Currency — US dollars or Singapore dollars.
- Choose your Billing interval — Monthly or Annual.
- Press
Continue to save cardand enter your card details.
04 · Expected result
Your card is saved and the plan starts. After that the same page shows your credit balance, purchases and subscription.
05 · Troubleshooting
Nothing charged when my trial ended
Nothing is charged automatically. If you have not set up billing, you simply cannot process more documents.
I do not know how many batches to buy
Count the pages you process in a typical month, not the documents — a twenty-page statement is twenty pages. Divide by 500 and round up.
06 · Notes
Billing belongs to the organization
Not to each workspace. One plan covers them all.
Only two currencies are offered
US dollars and Singapore dollars.

Processing stops until there is more credit. Nothing already in Merchaint is lost.
