Your profile
Settings → Profile holds your name, phone number and job title, plus how you are notified.

01 · Why
Why keep it current?
Your name is what colleagues see on approvals and comments, so it is worth being the name they would recognise.
02 · How
Change your details
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Change your Full name, Phone number or Job Title.
- Press
Save.
03 · Expected result
The change shows immediately at the bottom of the sidebar and anywhere your name appears.
04 · Notes
Notification channels are on the same page
Email and Push Notifications. Push notifications arrive in your browser, and only in a browser where you have allowed them.
There is no profile photo
Merchaint shows the first letter of your name instead.

Common questions
Not yourself — the field is read-only. Contact us and say which address it should become.
It is on your profile within your organization. Leave it blank if you would rather not.
Not from this page. Ask an administrator to remove you from the organization.
Records of what happened keep the name that was used at the time.
