01 · How
Sign in
- Go to the Merchaint sign-in page.
- Enter your email and password, and press
Sign in. - Or press
Continue with Googleand choose your Google account. - Choose the organization you want, then the workspace inside it.
02 · Expected result
You land in the workspace you chose, on the Inbox. Merchaint remembers where you were, so most days you will not see the chooser at all.
03 · Notes
You are asked to choose a workspace, not just an organization
Both are needed before the app will open. See Organizations and workspaces.
Forgotten your password?
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You get an email with a link to set a new one.
Signing in with Google only works if your account is set up for it
Having a Google address is not enough on its own — the account has to be linked. See Your password and sign-in.

Common questions
Can I stay signed in?
Yes, sessions last a long time. If you have not used Merchaint in a while you may be asked again.
I have two organizations. Do I need two logins?
No. One login, and you switch between them.
Nothing happens when I sign in.
